Meet the Creator: Darrel
Born in Taiwan, Darrel comes from a background in fashion design but has spent the past 20 years working in the high-end custom-tailored sofa industry. Through her experience, she witnessed firsthand the complexity of sofa construction—the countless components fused together, making them impossible to separate and recycle. She saw how luxury often came at the cost of sustainability, with discarded sofas turning into massive waste, harming the environment. This realization sparked a new vision: the true value of furniture shouldn’t be measured by its price tag, but by how it benefits both our generation and the planet.
One day, while watching children build endlessly creative structures with LEGO, she had a thought—why couldn’t furniture work the same way? Why couldn’t a sofa, a bed, or a table be just as flexible, adaptable, and sustainable? That question led to the creation of a one-of-a-kind modular furniture system—one that moves with you, reduces waste, and makes sustainable living effortless.
